I'll stamp all over 'credible fighter' Paul - Anthony Joshua

Anthony Joshua and Jake Paul face-off

Anthony Joshua will face Jake Paul in an eight-bout match which will be shown live on the streaming platform.

British boxer Anthony Joshua said he will "overwhelm entirely" the American and "defeat" the American as the two fighters confronted each other to build hype for next month's boxing match.

Ex twice world title holder Anthony Joshua battles social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a huge disparity - at Miami venue on December 19th.

Fighter's Attitude

"I'm going to damage his features and break his body up. I aim to demonstrate my superiority," the British boxer, 35 years old, declared.

"I will dominate him completely. That's a fighter's mentality.

"I'm going to seriously aim to injure him. That's my intention."

Civil Exchange

Despite such comments, a calm Anthony Joshua and social media star Paul - typically known for his showmanship - exchanged pleasantries and remained civil with each other.

Jake Paul instead criticized former Joshua rival Francis Ngannou and described him as "not serious" after the Cameroonian declined a fight offer.

Taking Aim at Fury

Joshua, at the same time, targeted British rival Fury - and refused a large bet 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a victory for Paul.

"[Paul] outshines Fury - he's present here," Joshua commented.

"I give him credit for that."

Legitimate Fighter

In spite of declaring he will punish Paul, Anthony Joshua chose not to talk badly about his opponent's pugilistic talent.

"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he said.

Paul's Background

Paul - who first rose to fame on the Disney Channel - has mainly boxed mixed martial artists or declining opponents since becoming pro.

He was defeated by British fighter Tommy Fury in last year.

Financial Attraction

However, the novice remains one of boxing's biggest commercial attractions, frequently receiving huge earnings.

Prediction and Belief

The 28 year old forecast a knockout win in the fourth or fifth round and stated he would prevent the long-awaited Joshua–Fury fight, which is apparently being planned for two years from now.

"The next fight will be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul stated.

Physical Disparity

As the two fighters engaged in the customary stare-down, with their height and weight contrast evident, it emphasized just how surprising this complete situation is - and how amazing it is that the bout is truly going ahead.
